As this is one we have pinched from Pintrest I'm not going to do a lengthy how to post but thought I would share our take on the idea. My favourite & probably the original idea was from A Day In My Life.
We made ours very simply using coloured card, with one hand for each of the boys. I just used a sharpie to write in the middle & attached it all with tape. It folded up nicely inside Daddy's (shop bought) card. I love how you can see the difference in the size of the boys hands & will make a nice keepsake.
